Founding Partner - Dr. Sumant Bharadwaj
He has been practicing before the Supreme Court for three decades. It is under his valuable guidance that the firm seeks to provide legal counsel to all those who find themselves engrossed in legal proceedings.
He has great expertise in the fields of Constitutional law, Criminal law and Commercial law.
More than 2000 cases have been argued/instituted/disposed of during the last five years in the Supreme Court.
After completing his doctorate in the field of constitutional law from Columbia University USA, he has worked with several international organizations including Amnesty International and Lawyers Committee of USA.
He has formerly worked with and assisted Mr. Nani Palkhivala and Mr. P.P Rao, both legal stalwarts of the bar.
He has represented several notable companies including Dunlop Tyres, MRF, Britannia and the Sugam Group.
His valuable insight of both Indian and Foreign Law proves to be indispensible for businesses who are engaged in cross- border disputes.
